What if I want to refund my pin/cancel my order?
You have 1 business day (24 hours) to cancel as orders are often packed the day after they were placed. Otherwise we do not refund orders unless products are defective.
We do NOT accept exchanges or returns
However, if the item was damaged or there is some other problem with the order please contact us with your order number and images of the damage for further inquiries.
Orders cannot not be held for extended periods of time because you want to buy something else later and hope to combine shipping. Unless they have a preorder item, they will be shipped out ASAP.
There is a problem with a pin/my order?
A DM on Instagram may be missed as I receive so many a day, so for efficiency and records please contact us with your order number and images of the damage for further inquiries.
