My package isn’t here, what do I do?!

Please contact your local post office first!

Once the package leaves our hands and is in La Poste’s possession, we no longer have any control over the package. All orders are shipped with tracking.

La Poste often states that a package was delivered on a certain day, and the package will actually arrive in the day after, so please wait before sending an email!

Also, there may have been an issue in the provided address, the post is holding onto it, or it may have been delivered to the wrong place.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will resend it as long as shipping fee is paid for again.

Which shipping options are available?

All orders will be shipped from France with tracking using LaPoste. Domestic orders should arrive within 24-48 hours (during business days), while international orders can take anywhere from 3 days to 4 weeks depending on the destination.

We are NOT responsible for customs fees and will not provide refunds or payment to cover any fees. We also do not determine the shipping fees. These fees are set by LaPoste and they are out of our control.

How long until my order is shipped?

Orders are typically processed within 1-5 days! However when there are large influxes of orders, holidays or when my health issues act up, there might be a slight delay in shipping time! Thank you for understanding!

What if I order a pre-order item?
Pre-order items take longer to ship. Depending on how long it takes for a design to get funded, it can take anywhere from 1-3 months. For both domestic and international orders, all products will ship together once the pre-ordered products arrives as shipping can be very expensive! This means any in stock items will also be held until then.
